Pong Siew Inn is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).  She joined legacy Arthur Andersen Singapore (“AA”) in 1996, and together with the legacy AA, she joined Ernst & Young (“EY”) as an audit manager in 2002.  During her tenure with AA and EY, Siew Inn was primarily engaged in providing assurance and advisory services to the Firms’ clients.  She managed a portfolio of clients ranging from multinationals to local listed companies and small and medium growing enterprises, operating in a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing, trading and distribution, electronics and technology, retail, shipbuilding, as well as construction and property development.

Siew Inn has been involved in special purpose engagements such as IPO reporting accountants’ work, business advisory and financial due diligence. 

Besides her experience with the professional practice, she has also been in the commercial side for almost 5 years heading the Finance department of listed groups.  She is familiar with the commercial aspect of the operation for multinational listed companies and has hands-on experience maintaining and overseeing the effective functioning of internal controls within the business processes of large companies.
